Once your order has been placed by you and verified by us, you will receive an email confirmation of your order which will include your individual order number. Should you not be completely satisfied, or your gift basket is damaged in any way during shipping, please let us know immediately and we'll either replace the basket or extend a full refund. Our gift basket merchants are governed by the state laws in which they manufacture their products.
