Seven Hills Winery is one of Walla Walla Valley's oldest and most respected wineries. Focusing on benchmark Cabernet Sauvignons and Bordeaux-varietal reds, the wines of Seven Hills have played an important role in establishing the region's reputation for world-class winemaking, and are recognized as some of the finest wines in the Northwest.

This first-rate wine duet features their Malbec, about which Robert Parker says "This Malbec shows how ideally suited to Bordeaux varietals the state really is." We also include the Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, which is consistently rated in the 90s and is in prime drinking condition from 2012 to 2022.
