    -Castello di Querceto Chianti Classico: Brilliant ruby red in color, this dry and balanced wine features a soft and elegant body with crushed black fruit, flowers, and oak on the nose and palate. Firm tannins contribute to a long, controlled finish.

    -Chalone Vineyard Monterey County Chardonnay: Elegant and fruit-focused, this rich Chardonnay captures the bright pear, apple, citrus, and stone fruit character of grapes grown in Monterey County. Hints of floral and spice highlight the aromas and echo on the palate. The perfectly balanced flavors mingle crisp, natural acidity.

    -Sledgehammer Cabernet Sauvignon: A Cabernet so big they had a hard time fitting it in the bottle! Dark ripe fruit provides intensely complex flavors, including plum and blackberry. Supple tannins and integrated toasted oak from barrel aging create a lasting finish.

    -Kenwood Jack London Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon: Powerful scents of plum, black cherry, and thistle lead to rich flavors of cherry pie, brown sugar, and blackberry. A full-bodied wine with rich, elegant tannins and an excellent finish.

    -Hewitt Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon: Full-bodied and voluptuous but surprisingly vibrant, this wine contains a plush, layered texture that opens with a burst of black fruits. Ripe berries, black cherry and juicy plum all reveal themselves, alongside elements of cedar forest, pencil lead, and black licorice. Underneath, notes of dark chocolate, crushed rocks, vanilla, and toffee from the oak aging emerge, touched with Hewitt Vineyard's signature element of violet. The wine ends with a persistent, blockbuster finish of malted cocoa powder tannins and hints of espresso and nutmeg.
